Hot Air Oven Details

The Hot Air Oven is a vital equipment for sterilization, drying, and heat treatment of labware and samples. It offers uniform temperature distribution with precise control using a digital PID controller. Double-walled construction ensures insulation, and the stainless-steel chamber resists corrosion, making it perfect for clinical, pharmaceutical, and research labs.


Specifications:

  • Triple-walled Unit.
  • Inner chamber made of S.S.
  • Outer chamber made of S.S.
  • The Gap Between the two walls is filled with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loss of 65 mm.
  • Heating elements Are Made of high-grade chrome-plated plated s,teel air heaters.
  • Heaters are placed on both sides & the Bottom of the inner chamber.
  • Temperature Range 40ËšC to 250ËšC, Accuracy ±0.5 ËšC.
  • Temp. Sensor: RTD Class A type High Accuracy.
  • Air Ventilation is placed on top of the sides to remove heat gases and fumes.
  • Control Switch & pilot lamps are fitted on the front panel.
  • Supplied with S.S. Wire mesh Jali.
  • Micro Processor Auto Tune PID Digital Controller.
  • Air Circulation Motorized Blower.
  • Power Supply 220/240 V Single Phase.
