High Temp Muffle Furnace
High Temp Muffle Furnace Details
Engineered for applications requiring extreme temperatures, our High Temp Muffle Furnace is built with ceramic fiber insulation and silicon carbide heating elements. It reaches temperatures up to 1200°C or more, suitable for material testing, ashing, and heat treatment. Its programmable temperature controller and robust design ensure long operational life and consistent performance.

- Maximum operating temperature. 500°C to 1350°C.
- Silicon Carbide Muffle for Energy Efficient and better uniformity.
- Tailor-made box size as per the customer's requirement
- Silicon carbide heating elements
- Microprocessor Digital PID Controller.
- External Chamber Construction: MS with/ Powder Coating / 304 Grade Stainless Steel (Optional)
- Internal Chamber Construction: Ceramic Board & Bricks Refractory Chamber as per Temp. Requirement
- Murugappa High Temp. board Insulation
- 1°C accuracy at dwell temp
- Suitable for nanotechnology applications
- Door limit switch for turning off the heating system while the door is open. (Optional)
- Indigenous thyrist or SSR controller
- Exhaust air outlet at the rear wall of the furnace.
- Solid-state relays provide low-noise operation.
- Safe and trouble-free performance
- 220/240 V Single Ph or 400/440 V Three Ph, 50 Hz AC.
